First, let me say this — you’re doing an amazing job.

If no one has told you that recently, let me be the first to remind you. I created Parent HQ as a space just for you — a place to recharge, to learn, to feel supported, and to never feel alone on this journey.

I’m not just the founder of Spectrum Squad ABA — I’m also a mom of a child on the autism spectrum. I know what it’s like to navigate therapy appointments, battle insurance paperwork, advocate at IEP meetings, and still wonder if you’re doing enough. I know the pressure, the love, the questions, and the emotional weight that come with this path. That’s why I built Parent HQ — not just as a professional resource, but as a personal offering from one parent to another.
